Bedtime Routine with Fear Chart
DailyNightly routine to track anxiety levels and encourage the child to stay in their own bed.
Rehearsal
Practicing the plan during the day to prepare for bedtime.
Daytime Rehearsal
DailyDuring the day, pretend to go through the bedtime routine and practice the fear rating.
