Want Nothing (Phase 1)
DailyFor the next 10 minutes, tell yourself you want nothing. Postpone all desires.
βI want nothing. You can have all your wants later on, but for 10 minutes, I say I want nothing.β
Do Nothing (Phase 2)
DailyFor the next 10 minutes, simply do nothing. Avoid any action or activity.
βNext 10 minutes, I do nothing. Yeah, next 10 minutes we do nothing.β
Be Nothing (Phase 3)
DailyFor the next 10 minutes, identify as nothing. Let go of all roles and identities.
βI am nothing. You could be somebody a little later, but during meditation, say I'm nothing. I'm nobody. I'm not a lawyer, a doctor, whatever.β
