Morning Cleansing and Hydration
Start the day with cleansing practices and hydration to prepare the body for nourishment. "As soon as I wake up I drink half a glass of warm water then I do some shortship practices cleansing practices". Goal: Hydrate and cleanse the body.
Drink Warm Water
DailyDrink half a glass of warm water upon waking.

Short Cleansing Practices
DailyBrushing, massaging gums, cleaning tongue and root of the tongue.

Warm Lemon Water
DailyDrink warm water with lemon juice, haldi and amla powder while sitting slowly, step by step.
“I have a glass of warm water with half a lemon inside so I take lemon juice so I put haldi and amla powder inside and I drink it I drink this sitting in sitting position slowly slowly step by step”
Methi Seeds and Almonds
DailyEat a tablespoon of soaked methi seeds with water and 5 soaked, peeled almonds, chewing them properly.
“I do have tablespoon full of methi seed which is soaked over time with its water just drink it and I have five almonds which I have soaked overnight remove the skin and chew it”
Morning Breakfast
Nourishing breakfast around 8:30 AM. Goal: Provide sustained energy and essential nutrients.
Dry Fruits and Nuts
DailyOne walnut, one date, one fig, one apricot, two cashews, five raisins.
“One Walnut almonds I have taken in the morning one date one thing one apricot two cash students and five raisins”
Warm Diluted Milk
DailyA glass of warm diluted milk with chia seeds and half a spoon of honey.
“I drink a glass of warm and diluted milk in that I put little chia seeds also I sweeten it with half a spoon of honey”
Warm Institute Breakfast
DailyIf available at the institute, take warm breakfast like poha, idlis, ragi pudding, or oats.
“If there is some warm breakfast at The Institute which they have always then I take that now in morning breakfast sometimes in the house also we make something but here four to five teaspoon full of poha or small idlis two to three sometimes it is even in the house sometimes I have ragi pudding with curd or ragi with milk as a pudding sometimes I have oats little or mixed cereals little so these are my body breaks”
Mid-Morning Seasonal Fruits
Seasonal fruits around 10:30 or 11:00 AM. Goal: Provide vitamins and hydration.
Eat Seasonal Fruits
DailyOne small elaichi banana, one quarter of an apple, and other seasonal fruits.
“at 10 30 or 11 o'clock I have some seasonal fruits such as one small LC banana one quarter of an apple and any other seasonal fruits”
Lunch
Balanced lunch around 1:30 or 2:00 PM. Goal: Provide a mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber.
Drink Buttermilk
DailyAlways have a glass of buttermilk.

Balanced Lunch
DailyChapati or rice, little pulses, seasonal vegetables.
“I eat chapati or rice little pulses like sprouted mutton Etc some seasonal vegetables such as palak methi behindi or whatever vegetable is available”
Evening Milk and Snack
Warm milk and snack around 4 or 4:30 PM. Goal: Prevent energy dips and stabilize blood sugar.
Warm Milk with Honey
DailyA cup of warm or diluted milk with honey.
“in the evening I drink a cup of warm or diluted milk with honey”
Puffed Rice (Chata/Urmura)
DailyIf hungry, take five to six chatas or puffed rice.
“this sometimes I think if little hunger is felt then I take five to six chatas or puffed rice urmura”
Dinner
Light and easily digestible dinner around 7 PM. Goal: Promote restful sleep and healthy digestion.
Dinner Meal
DailyMasala dosa, idli, sambar, mixed vegetables, soups, pav bhaji with bread or paratha.
“I may have masala dosa idli Samba mixed vegetables soups Etc sometimes I eat pav bhaji with either bread or Paratha”
Bedtime Warm Water
A glass of warm water before bedtime at 10:30 PM. Goal: Aid digestion and hydration overnight.
