Day 1: Physical Environment Overhaul

Transform your primary space (bedroom, office) into a clutter-free zone. Focus on immediate wins and visible progress.

Once

Master your schedule with a digital calendar. Schedule recurring events and non-routine tasks with intention.

Day 3: The Great Brain Dump & Prioritization

Once

Free your mind by writing down every task, worry, or thought. Review, prioritize, and schedule urgent tasks. Consider using 'If X, then Y' for implementation.

Day 3b: Integrate Brain Dump into Calendar

Once

Take the output of your brain dump and immediately schedule tasks into your digital calendar from Day 2. Create all-day or time-specific events.

Phase 2: Finding Direction - Energy & Focus

Identifying values, analyzing energy, and choosing a focus area for maximum impact.

Day 4: Energy Flow Mapping

Once

Visualize where your energy is directed and pinpoint potential cutback areas using a diagram.

Day 5: The Wheel of Life Assessment

Once

Evaluate your life satisfaction (1-10, excluding 7) across key areas. Define your ideal 10/10 life vision for each area.

Day 6: Select Your Focus Season

Once

Pick one area from the Wheel of Life to focus on for 1-3 months. Shift irrelevant brain dump items.

Day 7: Action Plan & Self-Contract

Once

Define specific actions for maintaining all life areas and progressing in your focus area. Create and display a contract with yourself.

โ€œFor all the areas that we're maintaining go through and write down specifically what you'll do so whether it's with your career your relationships your friends your finances what are you going to do that is not going to take away significant amounts of effort from your main focus category but will allow those other categories of your life to kind of stay at the same healthy levelโ€
