Step 1: Checking In - Body Scan

Daily

Notice body sensations, thoughts, and emotions without judgment. Acknowledge how you are feeling in this moment.

Just notice what it feels like to be sitting in this particular position.

Step 2: Breath Awareness - Focus

Daily

Focus on the sensation of breathing, both inhale and exhale. Become aware of the natural rhythm of your breath.

Moving it to awareness of breathing. So really noticing what it feels like in the body to take this breath.

Expand awareness to the entire body, interconnected as one. Experience your body as a unified whole.

Allowing your awareness to move out through your breathe out through the body. So out the fingertips, up to the top of the head, and down to the toes.
