'Imagine the person who could definitely already achieve this goal... what are the skills and the attributes and the assets and the knowledge that this person has that makes this goal inevitable for them?' What skills, attributes, assets, and knowledge do they possess? Consider employability capitals to craft the profile of someone that is perfectly primed to achieve your objective.
