Stacking the New Habit

Attach the new habit to an existing one. Give it an honest try for a full month. Remember, 'After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT]'.

Identify which existing habit will trigger your new habit. Write down the 'If/Then' statement. Consider making it attractive (James Clear).
