Deep Work Session
DailyEngage in a deep work session for 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute break. This routine should be scheduled daily for optimal habit formation. This leverages the principles of time blocking and the Pomodoro Technique.

βWhen I walk in my office to knock out a deep work session I close the door I hang a sign on the outside that shows whether I'm uh you can see here it says dream in progress or recording plus I use a timer and I always always set this for the 45 minutesβ
Manage Break Time
DailyTake wise breaks by standing up and stepping away from the computer, avoiding phone scrolling and instead focusing on activities that rejuvenate and refocus your mind.
βWhen you need a break use it wisely okay especially as a female working from home I want you to stand up I want you to step away from the computer you know and I have found um clutter to be distracting so most of my breaks include knocking out like I mentioned before a household chore maybe it's empty the dishwasher maybe it's changing out a load of the laundry maybe it's letting the dogs in or out or freshening up their waterβ
