Avoid Gossip Practice & Commitment
DailyPractice avoiding gossip in your daily life by either changing the subject, walking away, or directly stating you don't want to participate. Create an 'if-then' implementation intention to guide your actions. Identify a commitment device to further reinforce your anti-gossip stance.
