Retinol (3-4 nights/week)
WeeklyIntroduce retinol (vitamin A) 3-4 nights per week. Consider retinaldehyde. I will apply retinol at 9:10 PM in the bathroom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Exfoliate (Retinol Rest Days)
