Identify and understand the reasons behind your nervousness when interacting with specific individuals.
Identify the Person

Explore the Reasons
DailyInvestigate the reasons why this person makes you nervous: experience, reputation, past interactions, etc. Write these down.
Challenge Your Perceptions
DailyConsider if your perceptions of the person are accurate or exaggerated. Recognize that naming the fear often diminishes it.
Preparing for the Conversation
Effective preparation enhances confidence. Plan your points and rehearse what you want to say.
Identify Main Points
DailyWrite down 1-2 main points you want to discuss with the person.
Develop Sub-Points
DailyWrite 1-3 sub-points to support each main point.
Rehearse the Conversation
DailyPractice what you want to say aloud, either alone or with a trusted friend or colleague.

Face the conversation, focusing on your value and worth. Implement confident body language and avoid passive language.

Reflecting on the Conversation
Analyze what went well and what can be improved. This reflection reinforces confidence for future interactions.
