Workout Preparation
DailyPreparing for the pilates class. Includes preparing workout attire and hair.
Pilates Class (Wednesdays)
WeeklyAttending the Pilates class. Implementation intention: 'If it's Wednesday, then I will go to Pilates at 8:00 AM'.
Post-Pilates & Errands (Wednesdays)
