βwe're going to cook and show how to make it first of all we starting off with 150 g of chicken then you're going to throw the chicken inside grab a bowl grab the way skill crochette how much grams of crochett 142 get the app look how much calories are in it we're going to grab a tomato well add tomato that's around 30 calories a little bit of pepper not too much then we're going to grab this vegetables Browns 100 G I would say 150 g I always like to use 40 G of pasta now we're going to cook the pasta as well so when the chicken is almost done you can add your vegetables we're going to measure it as well 3 uh 275 G it's almost done you can add some salt I love garlic so I added garlic pasta is cooking and almost done and then we're going to add it together I also like to get not a very big plate get like a small plate and add your pasta a small plate is way better look this is like one plate but we still got so much leftβ
